摘要：文化部長龍應台認為，台灣的流行音樂影視產業，現在最缺乏的就是人才培育計畫。因此文化部打算在明年實施證照制，就像是回到七○年代，歌星要有歌星證的制度。不過消息一出，引起演藝圈反彈，像是音樂創作人鄭華娟就在臉書吐槽，要大家想像一下，約翰藍儂咬著鉛筆考流行音樂人證照的樣子。
