摘要：曾經發表爭議言論，因此遭停權的前新聞局秘書郭冠英，今年三月被省政府重新任用，而回任後的郭冠英將在7月16號退休，按規定每月可以領取6萬元的退休金。監察院日前對這項人事案糾正省政府，但現在省政府強調"退休批准權"在銓敘部，而銓敘部則表示郭冠英是省政府任用的。兩個單位，互踢皮球。
