摘要：國中會考制度遭到各界砲轟，教育部長蔣偉寧昨天首度「道歉」，他表示，對於包括志願序還有作文跟英數考題太艱難，以及各地比序南轅北轍制度都有改進的空間，他會負起責任，讓衝擊降到最低，蔣偉寧也強調，今年會考已經考完，制度不會改變，但未來會朝向簡化公平的方向來改善，也考慮明年會增加免試名額。
