摘要：宜蘭南方澳內埤海灘因為成半月型沙灘，被美譽為「情人灣」。但是，靠近南安國中旁的沙灘，卻因為有一處下水道口，排放家庭廢水，造成一灘惡臭死水，10多年來無人處理，形成地方發展觀光的一大隱憂，12日相關單位前來會勘，決定截流避免惡臭。
