摘要：陸客團來台灣旅遊常被帶去購物血拚，有些低價團一天甚至安排八個購物點，嚴重影響旅遊的品質。台北市長郝龍斌昨天在北京，與剛從台灣回到中國大陸的中共國台辦主任張志軍會面。張志軍主動向郝龍斌提到陸客在台灣旅遊遇到的問題，而且張志軍形容這個現象「非常嚴重」。
