摘要：衛福部今天起嚴格管制食品標示，只有100%米製才能稱米粉，其餘只能依米含量標示「調和米粉」或「炊粉」，首當其衝的就是新竹米粉，新竹市衛生局人員今天赴賣場稽查米粉標示。衛生局人員表示，7月1日以後出產的商品就要依新制標示，今天架上的還是舊的商品，也會到米粉工廠輔導業者更改標示。受訪者一是新竹市衛生局人員。受訪者二是賣場人員。（103.07.01）
