摘要：新北市新店原住民部落溪洲部&#63768將遷往國有地，並訂為溪洲部落阿美族生活文化園區。園區1日舉行動土典禮，新北市長朱立倫出席典禮時表示，市府提出的自力造屋模式（由部落、政府、貸款各負擔三成）會比較辛苦，但房子會變成這一代、下一代的資產，若是最後真的無法負擔，政府當然會投入資源想辦法，但「租屋不一定有利」，所以他才希望原民能自力造屋、自助互助。
