摘要：高雄市政府提出的證據，直指李長榮化工就是造成氣爆的元兇。對此，李長榮公司昨天下午分別在高雄和台北，同步舉行記者會鞠躬道歉。不過他們也強調，是為造成社會不安而道歉，並不代表他們承認自己就是氣爆元兇。而且話鋒一轉，李長榮還把負責管線施工的中油，一起拉來扛責任。不過中油也再度重申，丙烯管線的產權和使用權都屬榮化所有，而中油與榮化之間並沒有維修合約。
