遷移管線？中油：槽車運送更危險

摘要：關心高雄氣爆事故的後續消息。在救人優先以外，追究責任的進度也同步展開。高雄市政府提出證據，指控榮化公司是引發氣爆的元兇；對此，榮化公司今天下午分別在高雄和台北，同步舉行記者會，董事長李謀偉在事故發生後，首度為了造成社會不安，公開鞠躬道歉，並且強調，絕對不會規避責任。但是，談到責任歸屬問題，榮化公司仍把關鍵的管線問題，推給負責施工的中油公司。對此，中油重申，丙烯管線產權和使用權屬於榮化公司，雙方之間沒有維修合約。
