摘要：台積電董事長張忠謀夫人，下午前往災區，除了探望受災的員工家庭，還表示，短期內會先幫助，一些小學到國中的孩子，到新竹參加幾天的夏令營，暫時離開災區。另外正在清查需要幫助的獨居老人。她並表示，不會把錢捐給政府，台積電會自己做。
