摘要：台東縣大武鄉，有51年歷史的天主教天琪幼兒園，專收清貧學童，但這幾年來，校方好幾次面臨經營困難。為此不僅修女四處奔波籌錢，教職員也甘願減薪兩千，只領一萬元的月薪，有的人甚至不支薪，教職員說，這是因為只有教育，孩子，才有機會脫離貧窮，所以大人們苦一點沒關係，只要能讓幼兒園繼續撐下去。
