船難54年 師年年探視罹難生

民國四十九年三月廿二日，一艘行駛在頭前溪，從新竹市港南里划向對岸的渡船，因船身老舊，加上超載，在離岸不遠處，船身傾斜浸水，不久便沉船。當時船上有卅三名南寮國小學生，只有十五人獲救。船難意外過了五十四年，當年參與救人的老師陳賢東惦記著不幸罹難的小朋友，每年到十八名學童合葬的墓園紀念碑前，說出對孩子的思念。受訪者一陳賢東。受訪者二罹難者許滿的母親。（103.05.26） 2014-05-26 王慧瑛 / 報導
