摘要：新竹市民富國小對面水利會管轄的的湧北湖圳，長期惡臭、水質惡化，水面上飄散許多垃圾，民眾叫苦連天。市議員吳秋穀4日痛批市府未做好清淤，加上水圳護欄高度僅40公分，附近國小學童經過，若不慎掉到水裡，相當危險。（20140804）
