摘要：元大集團創辦人馬志玲夫婦，因為結構債案違反證交法，各被判刑7年4個月，馬志玲今天上午必須入監報到，不過他上周已經聲請延緩入監，理由是罹患失智症，而檢察官今天訊問後，讓他中午先回家休息，等待醫院鑑定報告出爐後，再決定要不要讓馬志玲延緩入獄。至於他的妻子杜麗莊則是預計明天發監執行，不過她同樣也是以身體不適為由，申請暫緩入獄。
