摘要：勞動節快要到了，醫改會今天出面舉行記者會，痛批健保費年年增加，說是要拿錢補助醫院增聘醫護人力，實際上花了91億元,卻有多達205間醫院，醫護人力不增反減，甚至有醫院大夜班的護理師，一個人要照料30個病患，這樣的工作環境、醫療品質，讓人擔心。
