摘要：總統馬英九昨天親自探視林義雄，並且承諾核四安檢完成後，交付公投決定核四的未來。儘管兩人昨天沒能碰面，不過，林義雄今天在臉書上公開PO文回應，並且發表一封公開信，批評馬總統。內容指出，總統的職責在國防、外交等事務，無權插手核四公投議題，否則未來如何調停行政、立法兩院之間，對於核四的爭議。
