摘要：TPP卡關美日領袖面臨壓力，台灣當然也是如此，立法院外交委員會，今天就我國加入TPP面臨困境進行專案報告。不過政府一再強調，台灣若不盡快通過服貿，對加入TPP跟RCEP將有很大影響，今天在野黨立委就批評，根本是用TPP綁架通過服貿，政府在外交談判上，手法相當拙劣。
