摘要：台南市環保局利用回收的柑橘皮製作天然洗碗精，將在12日周六的藏金閣二手家具拍賣會，贈送給消費滿兩千元的民眾。環保局長張皇珍10日表示，獲贈送的民眾，5月份的拍賣會，持空瓶前往，免費充填一次。 環保局在東山區回收了大量的咖啡渣，美學班利用咖啡渣、回收紙漿與保麗龍，製作熊貓等造型物，相當可愛。咖啡渣是天然除臭劑，也可和一般泥土攪拌，做培養土，12日拍賣活動讓民眾不限量免費索取。（2014.04.10）
