摘要：新竹縣一家生化公司去年被檢舉製程飄散惡臭，附近居民向環保局陳情，稽查人員2度依違反空汙法開罰，業者不滿，堅持說「不臭」、「就算有異味，也是旁邊農田使用雞糞造成」，業者提出行政訴訟捍衛權益。由於臭味感受很主觀，法院開庭時，環保局人員和業者各執一詞，法官9日下午親自勘驗，釐清業者是否有排放汙染源。受訪者是新竹縣環保局科長殷志鴻。
